Responsibility
- Lead and manage quality assurance operations to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and implement QA policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain documentation for compliance.
- Train and mentor QA team members to foster a culture of quality and excellence.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality-related challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma).
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a QA team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in quality assurance tools and software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
