Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations, including logistics, inventory management, and supply chain coordination to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize workflows, reduce waste, and enhance productivity in recycling and manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align operations with business goals, customer demands, and market trends.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies in all operational activities.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and secure cost-effective solutions for logistics and procurement needs.
- Spearhead sustainability initiatives, including waste reduction, recycling programs, and eco-friendly practices to support corporate social responsibility (CSR) goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on logistics, manufacturing, or recycling industries.
- Proven track record of leading teams, optimizing processes, and driving operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and implement actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Experience with ERP systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
- Passion for sustainability and experience in recycling, waste management, or green logistics is a strong advantage.
