Responsibility
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas, ensuring accurate labeling and easy retrieval.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, adhering to quality and accuracy standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and shipping targets.
- Follow all company policies and safety protocols to ensure a secure workplace.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 kg (55 lbs).
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for inventory tracking and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions accurately.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is advantageous.
- Good communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
