Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and documentation in alignment with industry regulations.
- Identify defects, non-conformities, or deviations and initiate corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality-related issues efficiently.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics, preparing reports to highlight trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
- Support the training of staff on quality control protocols, best practices, and safety standards.
- Participate in internal and external audits to ensure adherence to ISO, GMP, or other relevant certifications.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance product quality, reduce waste, and optimize operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control, preferably within manufacturing, logistics, or a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean), and regulatory standards.
- Proficient in using quality inspection equipment and software (e.g., calipers, micrometers, ERP systems).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and blueprints.
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., ISO 9001, ASQ) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is advantageous.
