Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas, ensuring easy accessibility and proper rotation.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or distribution with high attention to detail.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to verify stock levels and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly operational targets.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) safely.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions accurately.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and equipment operation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics are a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as required.
