Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching inventory with precision and efficiency.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, conducting regular stock audits to minimize discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to process orders, track shipments, and resolve any logistics-related issues.
- Supervise export packing processes, ensuring compliance with international shipping standards and timely delivery of goods.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to enhance productivity, reduce operational costs, and improve overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to plan and execute stock transfers between warehouses or distribution centers.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations, such as order accuracy, fulfillment speed, and inventory turnover.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Coordinator, Inventory Specialist, or similar role in a logistics or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy in inventory management and order processing.
- Basic knowledge of export packing procedures and international shipping regulations is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace for reporting and documentation.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
