Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations for data centre equipment and materials
- Process and verify import/export documentation in compliance with Indonesian and international regulations
- Manage inventory levels and implement just-in-time delivery strategies to minimize storage costs
- Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and transportation providers to ensure timely deliveries
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms
- Track shipments and resolve any logistics-related issues or delays proactively
- Prepare and analyze logistics reports to identify areas for process improvement
- Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and environmental regulations in logistics operations
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably in IT or data centre environments
- Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and customs regulations
- Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Indonesian trade laws and international shipping protocols
