Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards to meet client and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve performance targets.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to optimize workflow and inventory management.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with management to develop and execute production strategies.
- Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production supervision or management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
