Responsibility
- Operate and monitor boiler systems to ensure safe and efficient performance.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on boilers and related equipment.
- Support plant commissioning and ensure all systems are functioning optimally.
- Monitor utility systems and address any operational issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate logs of boiler operations, including pressure, temperature, and fuel consumption.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to perform repairs and upgrades as needed.
- Assist in training new operators on boiler operation and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in boiler operations is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Boiler Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of boiler systems, safety protocols, and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may require lifting, climbing, or standing for extended periods.
