Responsibility
- Coordinate and track shipments using Odoo ERP system to ensure timely deliveries.
- Liaise with French-speaking suppliers, carriers, and clients to resolve logistics issues.
- Manage inventory levels and update records in Odoo to maintain accuracy.
- Monitor and report on logistics performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Handle customs documentation and ensure compliance with international shipping regulations.
- Use Ringover for effective communication with European partners during Paris hours.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing logistics inquiries promptly.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both French and English (written and verbal).
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Odoo ERP or similar logistics management software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
- Ability to work during Paris business hours (remote from Bali).
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field is a plus.
