Responsibility
- Monitor and reconcile stock movements between warehouse inventory and system records to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, sales, and logistics) to streamline supply chain operations.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and report discrepancies for resolution.
- Assist in demand forecasting and inventory planning to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for shipments, receipts, and stock adjustments.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to confirm order statuses and delivery timelines.
- Utilize supply chain software/tools to track inventory levels and generate reports.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior work experience required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and basic ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
