Responsibility
- Develop and implement service capabilities for Non-Semitest product groups, ensuring alignment with GCS infrastructure and resources.
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, logistics, and customer support, to drive project success.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices in project management.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to support business growth and project objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Masterās degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP, Six Sigma) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving operational improvements.
- Familiarity with GCS (Global Customer Support) infrastructure and service delivery models is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
