Responsibility
- Order Picking: Accurately select products from inventory based on order requirements using handheld scanners or pick lists.
- Packing & Labeling: Safely and efficiently pack orders, ensuring proper labeling, documentation, and compliance with shipping standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy by reporting discrepancies and participating in cycle counts.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before packing to ensure only high-quality items are shipped.
- Workspace Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with warehouse safety protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse staff, supervisors, and logistics teams to meet daily targets and deadlines.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems as needed.
- Efficiency & Speed: Meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations, picking, packing, or logistics is a plus (training provided for motivated candidates).
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20-25 kg and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Basic Literacy & Numeracy: Ability to read order sheets, use scanning devices, and perform simple calculations.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Time Management: Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Safety Awareness: Knowledge of or willingness to learn warehouse safety procedures and PPE usage.
- Language: Basic English proficiency (written and verbal) for communication in a multicultural workplace.
