Responsibility
- Accurately pick and pack orders from warehouse inventory based on order requisitions or digital picking lists.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, or scanners to locate and move products.
- Verify product quantities, labels, and conditions to ensure order accuracy and minimize errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company and industry safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily picking quotas and maintain efficient workflow.
- Assist in inventory counts, stock replenishment, and cycle counting as needed.
- Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to supervisors promptly.
- Follow all warehouse procedures, including proper handling of hazardous materials (if applicable).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret order documents, labels, and inventory lists accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure order accuracy.
- Physical stamina to lift and move items weighing up to 25-50 lbs (11-23 kg) repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills for inventory systems or handheld scanners (training provided).
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Availability to start immediately and commit to full-time hours.
