Responsibility
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to order specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment such as scanners, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Verify product quantities and quality before packaging
- Label and prepare packages for shipment according to company standards
- Assist in inventory counting and stock replenishment as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE (long pants, covered shoes)
- Work efficiently to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years old
- Ability to commit to at least 3 months of employment
- Physical ability to lift up to 20kg and stand for extended periods
- Basic English communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Must bring physical ID (KTP/Passport) for verification
- Punctuality - must arrive 15 minutes before shift start time
- Willingness to work in a team environment
