As a Company Pharmacist, you will be responsible for overseeing pharmaceutical processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining the quality and safety of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to uphold our commitment to excellence and innovation.

Responsibility
- Oversee and manage pharmaceutical operations to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Monitor and maintain the quality and safety of pharmaceutical products throughout the manufacturing process.
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and R&D teams to ensure product efficacy and safety.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Provide training and guidance to staff on pharmaceutical standards and procedures.
- Manage documentation and record-keeping related to pharmaceutical processes and compliance.
- Investigate and resolve any issues related to product quality or regulatory compliance.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field; licensed pharmacist in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, GMP, and quality assurance practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using pharmaceutical software and tools.
