Responsibility
- Oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency, reduce lead times, and minimize operational costs.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of machinery components and materials.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Manage inventory levels, forecast demand, and implement just-in-time (JIT) strategies to optimize stock holding.
- Resolve supply chain bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and disruptions.
- Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance, trends, and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the machinery or manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of optimizing supply chain processes, reducing costs, and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.
- In-depth knowledge of logistics regulations, import/export procedures, and inventory management best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Mandarin or Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
