Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure products meet specified standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Proficient in using production management software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and projects.
