Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock management.
- Analyze logistics data to identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and documentation requirements.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and negotiate contracts.
- Develop and maintain reporting systems to track KPIs and operational performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software, ERP systems, and inventory management tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of Korean is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder management.
