Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspection and verification of tools, equipment, and inventory to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Sort and organize items according to predefined labels, categories, or shipment requirements.
- Pack and prepare goods for shipping, ensuring all items are securely and efficiently packaged.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with company standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments, using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Record and update inventory data in the system to track stock levels and movements.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing and shipping targets.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or issues to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse or packing experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physical stamina to lift and move items weighing up to 25 kg (assistance may be provided for heavier items).
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, tools, and safety protocols.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills and teamwork-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime if required.
