Responsibility
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, providing reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure all products meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements before release.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance to drive innovation and efficiency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team of quality assurance professionals.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Proficiency in quality assurance tools and software.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) is a plus.
