As the Warehouse Functional Lead, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound logistics, inventory control, reverse logistics, and maintenance operations. Your leadership will ensure that all service level agreements (SLAs) are met, and operational excellence is maintained. Responsibility
- Oversee and manage inbound logistics, including the receipt, inspection, and storage of new inventory.
- Lead reverse logistics operations, ensuring efficient processing of returns and exchanges.
- Monitor and maintain accurate warehouse inventory levels, conducting regular audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Coordinate outbound operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment and dispatch.
- Supervise warehouse maintenance operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all SLAs, KPIs, and operational standards set by Shopee.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of warehouse associates, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, transportation, and customer service, to optimize warehouse performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other Southeast Asian languages is a plus.
