Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end technical onboarding of external partners, ensuring seamless integration into existing logistics systems.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated data exchange workflows to streamline information sharing between stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, operations, procurement) to align logistics processes with business objectives.
- Monitor and optimize supply chain performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks and implementing data-driven solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies or system errors in real-time to minimize disruptions.
- Document and standardize SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for partner onboarding and data management.
- Stay updated on industry best practices in logistics automation, ERP systems, and API integrations.
- Provide training and support to partners and internal teams on new workflows and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics coordination, supply chain operations, or partner onboarding.
- Proven expertise in data exchange systems (EDI, API integrations, or similar tools).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, ERP software, or logistics management platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise with internal and external teams.
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Power Automate) or scripting (Python, SQL) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Tagalog) are advantageous.
