Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols for warehouse, transportation, and logistics operations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, root causes, and corrective actions.
- Train and mentor staff on quality control procedures, best practices, and safety protocols.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on audit findings, recommendations, and action plans for stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce errors, and optimize resource utilization.
- Ensure adherence to ISO, Six Sigma, or other relevant quality management systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, logistics, or a similar role within manufacturing, transportation, or warehouse operations.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Lean, Six Sigma) and audit methodologies.
- Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and quality control software.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Certifications in Quality Assurance (e.g., CQA, Six Sigma Green Belt) are a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
