As the Procurement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our venue by overseeing the sourcing, negotiation, and management of all goods and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality experiences while optimizing costs and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Responsibility
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to support venue operations and event execution.
- Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors for goods and services, including F&B, equipment, and event supplies.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual agreements and company policies.
- Lead procurement processes for large-scale events, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to make informed procurement decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the hospitality, events, or entertainment industry.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills with a proven track record of cost savings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain supplier relationships.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local and international procurement regulations and best practices.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
