Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain ISO management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) in alignment with company objectives.
- Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with ISO standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate and facilitate external audits, ensuring successful certification and recertification processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety standards into daily operations.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to ISO compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on ISO standards, policies, and procedures.
- Investigate non-conformities, root causes, and corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Stay updated on changes in ISO standards and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ISO management systems, preferably in manufacturing, transport, or logistics.
- Certification as an ISO Lead Auditor (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and auditing techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ISO documentation software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
