Responsibility
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels across Bali and regional operations.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor the Order Management Shared Services team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Process Optimization: Identify and execute process improvements in procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution to streamline operations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, finance, and production teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives and customer demands.
- Performance Metrics: Define, monitor, and report on KPIs (e.g., order fulfillment rates, lead times, cost savings) to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Risk Management: Mitigate supply chain risks (e.g., delays, shortages) through proactive planning and contingency strategies.
- Technology Integration: Leverage ERP, WMS, or other supply chain technologies to automate processes and enhance visibility.
- Compliance & Sustainability: Ensure adherence to local and international regulations while promoting sustainable and ethical supply chain practices.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 10+ years in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (e.g., Head of Supply Chain, SCM Director).
- Industry Knowledge: Deep expertise in manufacturing, logistics, or transport sectors, with a focus on end-to-end supply chain operations.
- Regional Exposure: Experience managing multi-country or shared services teams in Southeast Asia is highly advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), WMS, or demand planning tools. Advanced Excel and data analytics skills are a plus.
- Leadership Abilities: Strong people management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to resolve complex supply chain challenges under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal) to liaise with global stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or CSCP certification is a plus.
