Responsibility
- Oversee the daily operations of unaccompanied housing facilities, ensuring compliance with US Navy standards.
- Manage and coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, and repair services to maintain facility integrity.
- Supervise housing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance resident satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Liaise with military personnel, contractors, and local authorities to address housing-related issues.
- Monitor budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective management of resources.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess facility conditions and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on housing operations, occupancy, and maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in housing or facility management, preferably in a military or government setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of maintenance, housekeeping, and safety protocols.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and work in a remote location.
