Responsibility
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production processes.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to prevent downtime.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Load and unload materials, products, or workpieces onto machinery or conveyors.
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
- Assist in general warehouse duties, including packing, labeling, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Report any mechanical issues or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
Qualifications
- Minimum secondary education or equivalent; vocational training is a plus.
- Previous experience as a machine operator or in a general labor role is preferred.
