Responsibility
- Accurately pick and pack products according to order specifications
- Inspect items for defects or damage before packaging
- Label and seal packages to ensure safe transit
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., hand trucks, scanners)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing targets
- Follow inventory control procedures and report discrepancies
- Adhere to company policies on attire (long black pants/jeans required)
Qualifications
- No formal education required; on-the-job training provided
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 15 kg
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for order verification
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Reliable and punctual (must arrive 15 minutes before shift start)
- Physical NRIC or valid work permit for Indonesia
- Comfortable standing/walking for extended periods
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
