Responsibility
- Assist in the daily operations of the manufacturing plant, including material handling, equipment setup, and production line support.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring timely restocking of raw materials and supplies.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to facilitate the efficient movement of goods, both incoming and outgoing.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications.
- Operate and maintain basic machinery and tools, adhering to all safety protocols and operational guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation of production reports, including tracking output, downtime, and efficiency metrics.
- Collaborate with supervisors to troubleshoot operational issues and implement process improvements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in a manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics environment is preferred.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg) as required by the role.
- Basic understanding of production processes, inventory management, and quality control principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, inventory software) is advantageous.
- Commitment to workplace safety and willingness to adhere to all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) requirements.
