Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage customer programs to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain and update program documentation, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
- Monitor program performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all program-related activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, program management, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and logistics processes is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
