Responsibility
- Assist in the sorting, packing, and labeling of fresh fruits according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Operate and maintain basic machinery and equipment used in the production and logistics processes.
- Load and unload goods from trucks and containers, ensuring safe and efficient handling of products.
- Perform quality checks on fruits to ensure they meet company and industry standards before shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking and recording stock levels accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and logistics targets.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a general worker, production, or logistics role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of production and logistics processes is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a warehouse or production setting.
- Ability to read and understand basic instructions in English (Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is a plus).
