Responsibility
- Assist in developing and implementing strategic sourcing plans to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs.
- Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to identify high-quality vendors and negotiate favorable terms.
- Monitor and analyze procurement spend, identifying opportunities for savings and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate procurement of goods and services.
- Manage supplier relationships, resolving issues and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
- Support the preparation of procurement reports, budgets, and forecasts for senior management review.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance supply chain resilience and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a proven track record of cost savings.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices, market trends, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is a plus.
