Responsibility

  • Assist in developing and implementing strategic sourcing plans to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs.
  • Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to identify high-quality vendors and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Monitor and analyze procurement spend, identifying opportunities for savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate procurement of goods and services.
  • Manage supplier relationships, resolving issues and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Support the preparation of procurement reports, budgets, and forecasts for senior management review.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance supply chain resilience and sustainability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a proven track record of cost savings.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices, market trends, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is a plus.
