As a QC Technician, you will play a pivotal role in inspecting, testing, and validating products to meet industry and company specifications. With a 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM), this position offers a balanced work-life schedule while contributing to operational excellence.

Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform dimensional, visual, and functional tests using calibrated tools and equipment.
- Document and report quality control findings, including non-conformities and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify root causes of defects and implement process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality metrics in compliance with ISO and industry standards.
- Assist in the development and revision of quality control procedures and work instructions.
- Monitor and calibrate inspection equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Participate in internal and external audits to verify adherence to quality management systems.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control within manufacturing, transport, or logistics sectors.
- Proficiency in using measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMM) and quality inspection techniques.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma) and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with ERP or QMS software is a plus.
