Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive support to the outdoor sales team, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Coordinate bookings and logistics arrangements between customers and the operations team to ensure smooth transactions.
- Manage customer databases and update records to reflect accurate and current information.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Assist in the preparation of quotations, proposals, and contracts for potential and existing clients.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales processes and customer service.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role, preferably within the logistics or transport industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with logistics operations and terminology is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
