Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring real-time updates of stock levels, movements, and discrepancies.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to optimize stock levels and prevent overstocking or stockouts.
- Monitor inventory turnover rates and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce carrying costs.
- Prepare and present inventory reports, including stock status, aging analysis, and forecasting data for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements related to inventory management.
- Assist in the implementation of inventory management software and tools to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to facilitate smooth inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery of materials and finished goods.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or logistics, preferably in the manufacturing or retail sector.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with a methodical approach to managing inventory records.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
