Responsibility
- Assist in daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
- Support inventory management through cycle counting and stock reconciliation
- Operate warehouse management systems and maintain accurate digital records
- Prepare and package orders for shipment according to company standards
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization following safety protocols
- Assist in conducting quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize storage space and workflow efficiency
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse processes
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions accurately
- Physical ability to lift moderate weights (up to 20kg) and stand for extended periods
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures is a plus
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
