Responsibility
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including inbound, sorting, and outbound processes.
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse associates to ensure productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies in real-time.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet delivery deadlines.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce errors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Generate reports on shift performance, productivity metrics, and operational challenges.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to maintain uninterrupted operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
