Responsibility
- Oversee daily cold storage warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching perishable goods while maintaining optimal temperature control.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse staff to ensure high productivity, safety, and adherence to SOPs.
- Implement and monitor inventory management systems to track stock levels, minimize waste, and ensure FIFO (First-In-First-Out) compliance.
- Enforce strict hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards to meet local and international food safety regulations.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve space utilization, reduce handling times, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and distribution teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Develop and maintain KPIs for warehouse performance, including accuracy, speed, and cost-effectiveness, and present reports to senior management.
- Troubleshoot operational challenges, such as equipment failures or supply chain disruptions, and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cold storage or temperature-controlled warehouse management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of managing teams, budgets, and P&L for warehouse operations.
- In-depth knowledge of cold chain logistics, inventory control systems (e.g., WMS), and food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and automation technologies in warehousing.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia, and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
