Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic alliance frameworks to optimize manufacturing and supply chain operations.
- Identify and evaluate potential partners, vendors, and suppliers to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory standards in manufacturing and logistics.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align alliance strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead negotiations and contract management with key partners and stakeholders.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership on alliance opportunities.
- Foster strong relationships with external partners to ensure seamless collaboration and mutual growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Masterās degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic alliances, supply chain management, or manufacturing operations.
- Proven track record in managing partnerships and driving operational efficiencies.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in manufacturing and logistics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Experience working in a multinational environment is a plus.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is advantageous.
