This role provides structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience in procurement, supply chain management, and vendor relations.
As a Purchasing Executive, you will play a key role in sourcing materials, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely deliveries to support our manufacturing operations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to optimize procurement processes and drive cost efficiencies.

Responsibility
- Assist in sourcing and procuring raw materials, components, and services required for automotive manufacturing.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and evaluate their reliability and competitiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and align procurement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing practices.
- Participate in training programs and mentorship initiatives to develop procurement expertise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior experience required.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic knowledge of procurement software is a plus.
