Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, ensuring high productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to track stock levels, minimize discrepancies, and reduce waste.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve efficiency and space utilization.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to maintain data accuracy in inventory management systems.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse processes.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, turnaround time, and cost efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in manufacturing or printing industries.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in warehouse environments.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems is a plus.
