Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure adherence to GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor plant team members to maintain high performance and safety compliance.
- Monitor production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow efficiency to meet targets.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to resolve non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with logistics for timely material supply.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through lean manufacturing principles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing or production.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in production planning software and MS Office tools.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (preferred).
- Willingness to work in Bali with flexibility for shift-based schedules.
