Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspections and audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and regulatory standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
- Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, including non-conformances and customer complaints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
- Ensure all products meet specified quality criteria before release.
- Train and mentor staff on quality assurance best practices.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and implement necessary changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO, and other relevant quality standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in quality management systems and documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Certification in quality assurance (e.g., CQA) is a plus.
