Responsibility
- Conduct spend analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities across procurement categories.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to optimize supplier selection and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align procurement activities with business objectives and budget constraints.
- Monitor supplier performance and risk, ensuring compliance with SLAs and ethical standards.
- Leverage procurement software (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa) to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.
- Prepare market intelligence reports and benchmarking analyses to support decision-making.
- Drive process improvements in procurement workflows, from RFP to vendor onboarding.
- Support cross-functional projects to enhance supply chain resilience and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain analytics.
- Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL) and procurement platforms.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of contract law, vendor management, and category management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, or CIPS are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment with a proactive mindset.
