Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits to ensure data integrity.
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, providing training and guidance to enhance productivity.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to optimize workflow and meet delivery deadlines.
- Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Manage material handling equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Fluency in English and basic knowledge of Indonesian is preferred.
