Responsibility
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation providers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Track shipments and update internal systems with real-time status reports.
- Resolve discrepancies in shipping documentation and communicate with stakeholders for corrections.
- Assist in customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics expenses.
- Liaise with suppliers and clients to confirm delivery schedules and resolve any issues.
- Support the logistics team in optimizing shipping routes and reducing costs.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and customs procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software (e.g., ERP systems).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with international shipping regulations is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
