Responsibility
- Assist in managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, including stock levels, receipts, and issuances.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials and services while negotiating favorable terms.
- Monitor inventory levels and generate reports to identify discrepancies, shortages, or excess stock.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth inbound and outbound shipments.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory to verify accuracy and resolve any inconsistencies.
- Assist in developing and implementing inventory control procedures to improve efficiency.
- Maintain organized documentation for all purchasing and inventory-related activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, purchasing, or logistics (entry-level candidates with strong organizational skills will be considered).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in record-keeping and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin) are a plus.
