Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain real-time inventory accuracy across warehouse locations using ERP/WMS systems.
- Conduct cycle counts, physical inventories, and audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to forecast demand and optimize stock levels.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement.
- Implement best practices for storage, labeling, and organization to enhance warehouse workflow.
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances by coordinating with relevant departments.
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming shipments with precision.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in ERP/WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills in a multicultural environment.
- Knowledge of lean inventory principles and FIFO/LIFO methodologies is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Indonesian language skills are advantageous.
